A CBSE School over Coaching Classes

In a rate race to today’s education, coaching classes along with other similar institutions have become so called resorts for the ‘betterment’ of students’ academic performances. Students are committing suicide for not having scored a few extra marks. high school and college-going students attending these classes have now become a fashion.

Today, coaching classes have become routine in the lives of city students. It is impossible to imagine students’ lives without them. Parents are is dole drums as their children feel the compulsion where as they feel schooling is west but are left with no choice. Fearing what if they don’t go with wave & their child has to face the consequence of their decision. Due to almost all students attending coaching classes in cities, the interest of school teachers to impart knowledge to students has now started dipping gradually.

Attending high-school coaching classes is not only a waste of time for students who are sincere as they would study at all cost, at the same time it’s  a burden for ones who are basically not interested in studying but have joined coaching as status symbol. Such students who have a keen interest in pursuing extra-curricular activities during their last few years at school cannot do so, on account of long hours spent at coaching classes. This hampers their later years if they want to pursue careers in fields that are non-academic. Almost all students today who attend extra classes have lost their evening play time. Incidents of backaches, neck aches,B.P., Sugar, Heart attacks,  eye-related problems, obesity have been increasing among students and all can be attributed to sitting in classes for hours at a stretch without any physical activity whatsoever. This has adversely affected on social relations, incomes and our tradition.

If we talk about School Education everyone knows the benefits. Studding in a good school makes a student wiser. He can save his time which he wastes in going to coaching centres and also can save a big amount of money heavy on parent’s pockets. The only thing we get in coaching classes is an environment garnished with tension, big fee and loss of childhood memories.
